Temozolomide treatment activates GSK3β, driving DNMT1 phosphorylation, destabilization, and CD47 promoter hypomethylation in glioblastoma. This epigenetic shift upregulates CD47, enabling TMZ‐treated GBM cells to evade macrophage phagocytosis, survive chemotherapy, and acquire resistance.

QPEL: Quantum Program and Effect Language [PDF]
We present the syntax and rules of deduction of QPEL (Quantum Program and Effect Language), a language for describing both quantum programs, and properties of quantum programs - effects on the appropriate Hilbert space.

Seeing the Chemistry of Biomolecular Condensates: In Situ Mapping of Composition and Water Content
Raman hyperspectral imaging combined with spectral phasor analysis enables a label‐free quantification of proteins, polymers and water density within individual biomolecular condensates. By transforming complex vibrational fingerprints into intuitive compositional maps, the approach reveals the high water content and structural heterogeneity of ...

Realizing isomorphisms of category algebras [PDF]
Let C(X) denote the complete boolean algebra of Borel sets modulo first category sets of the space X. Given an isomorphism τ between C(X) and C(Y), where X and Y are complete metric spaces, it is shown that there exists a homeomorphism T, between residual subsets A of X and B of Y, that induces τ. When X = Y one can make A = B.

Updatable Closed‐Form Evaluation of Arbitrarily Complex Multiport Network Connections
The inverse design of electrically large wave devices often uses reduced‐order multiport models with discrete optimization, requiring many evaluations of complex interconnections between subsystems that differ only in a few blocks. This paper introduces a closed‐form framework enabling efficient Woodbury low‐rank updates of related, previous ...

Higgs and Coulomb branches from vertex operator algebras
We formulate a conjectural relation between the category of line defects in topologically twisted 3d N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 4 supersymmetric quantum field theories and categories of modules for Vertex Operator Algebras of boundary local operators for the ...

Whittaker Categories for the Virasoro Algebra [PDF]
This paper builds on earlier work, where the authors described Whittaker modules for the Virasoro algebra. Using a framework of Batra and Mazorchuk, the current paper investigates a category of Virasoro algebra modules that includes Whittaker modules. Results in this paper include a classification of the simple modules in the category and a description

Low‐Power Control Of Resistance Switching Transitions in First‐Order Memristors
Joule losses are a serious concern in modern integrated circuit design. In this regard, minimizing the energy necessary for programming memristors should be handled with care. This manuscript presents an optimal control framework, allowing to derive energy‐efficient programming voltage protocols for resistance switching devices. Following this approach,
