Structure‐Tunable Fluorinated Polyester Electrolytes with Enhanced Interfacial Stability for Recyclable Solid‐State Lithium Metal Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Fluorinated polyesters are shown to regulate lithium‐ion coordination and promote stable electrode–electrolyte interfaces. The rational structural design enables uniform lithium deposition, suppressed dendrite growth, and enhanced cycling performance in lithium‐metal batteries.

Quasi‐Solid Cathode Additive Enables Highly Reversible Four‐Electron I−/I0/I+ Conversion in Aqueous Zn‐I2 Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A quasi‐solid BMICl/CNTs additive addresses dual challenges in four‐electron zinc‐iodine batteries (4eZIBs). It suppresses polyiodide shuttling via bonding in the I−/I0 step and enhances I+ kinetics while curbing hydrolysis via Cl− immobilization and BMI‐ICl2 complex formation in the I0/I+ step.

Linear and Symmetric Artificial Synapses Driven by Hydrogen Bonding for Accurate and Reliable Neuromorphic Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Hydrogen‐bond‐driven interface engineering enables highly linear and symmetric artificial synapses based on CsPbI3–PVA hybrids. This strategy suppresses trap states and guides directional ion migration, yielding stable optoelectronic plasticity. The devices achieve ultralow power operation and human‐like learning in neuromorphic networks, offering a ...

Regulation and Barriers to Trade in Telecommunications Services in the European Union [PDF]

open access: yes
Recent advances in telecommunications, particularly using fibre technologies, permit many services based on data-processing to be performed anywhere in the world. They thus become tradable and subject to the laws of comparative advantage.

MoO2‐Mediated Ni─Fe Bond Contraction and Electronic Modulation in Ni3Fe Alloy for Efficient Water Electrolysis at High‐Current‐Densities

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
MoO2 effectively modulates the electronic structure of Ni3Fe and optimizes the Ni─Fe bonding configuration, thereby enabling dual regulation of the Volmer‐Heyrovsky steps and the evolution pathways of reaction intermediates during the water electrolysis process, which collectively accelerates both the hydrogen evolution reaction and oxygen evolution ...
