Cinnamic‐hydroxamic‐acid derivatives (CHADs) are identified as novel inhibitors of the bacterial nucleoid‐associated protein HU, exhibiting potent antibacterial, anti‐biofilm (both inhibition and eradication), and DNA relaxation (anti‐supercoiling) activities. Moreover, CHADs demonstrate strong synergistic effects with multiple antibiotics.

Stability study of flame structure using photodiodes in surface flame burners
Radiation spectroscopy can be effective in identifying pollutants and species. By examining a photodiode, the frequency peaks obtained from the analysis, and the range in which the cell flame is converted to a surface flame, we obtained the value ratio ...

Influence mechanism of water mist containing dimethyl methylphosphonate on hydrogen-air explosions
Hydrogen is a renewable, carbon-free energy carrier and an important chemical feedstock. However, its high burning velocity and low ignition energy render it more hazardous than conventional fuels.

Efficiency of a stirred chemical reaction in a closed vessel
We perform a numerical study of the reaction efficiency in a closed vessel. Starting with a little spot of product, we compute the time needed to complete the reaction in the container following an advection-reaction-diffusion process.

Tumor evolution in lung adenocarcinoma is shaped by genetic alterations and spatial immune dynamics. By integrating whole‐exome sequencing, imaging mass cytometry, and spatial transcriptomics across two mouse models, this study reveals how mutational burden, immune infiltration, and cell–state interactions evolve during early and late carcinogenesis ...

OPTRACE: Optical Imaging–Guided Transplantation and Tracking of Cells in the Mouse Brain
OPTRACE establishes an optical, two‐step platform for intracerebral cell therapy. Transparent glass pipettes enable real‐time, image‐guided delivery, while multiplex genetic labeling with two‐photon and bioluminescence readouts supports longitudinal single‐cell tracking and host–graft dynamics.
