Septin 9 polybasic domains couple phosphoinositide‐rich membrane binding to centrosome positioning, Golgi organization, and microtubule acetylation to control epithelial polarity. Their loss disrupts this axis, causing centrosome mispositioning, Golgi fragmentation, reduced microtubule acetylation, and polarity inversion via upregulation of the ...

Proteostasis and the gut microbiota play a key role in shaping host physiology. Microbiota‐derived metabolites, vitamins, and RNA modulate host proteostasis. Findings from model systems, including C. elegans, indicate microbes can either stabilize or disrupt host proteostasis.

INTERPOLATION OF 2D SIGNALS USING CELLULAR NEURAL NETWORK
In this paper some new interpolation methods using cellular neural networks (CNN) are proposed. The templates have only linear feedback component with a 3*3 dimension. The templates were computed by using analytic methods.

Power scalable implementation of artificial neural networks
As the use of Artificial Neural Network (ANN) in mobile embedded devices gets more pervasive, power consumption of ANN hardware is becoming a major limiting factor. Although considerable research efforts are now directed towards low-power implementations

Ripples Make Waves: Binding Structured Activity and Plasticity in Hippocampal Networks
Establishing novel episodic memories and stable spatial representations depends on an exquisitely choreographed, multistage process involving the online encoding and offline consolidation of sensory information, a process that is largely dependent on the

Modelling stem cell differentiation related processes—A practical overview for biologists
Stem cell differentiation is complex and difficult to control experimentally. This review introduces suitable computational modelling approaches that can support stem cell research, from mechanistic ODE and abstract models to multiscale and deep learning methods.

An evolutionary computing frame work toward object extraction from satellite images
Image interpretation domains have witnessed the application of many intelligent methodologies over the past decade; however the effective use of evolutionary computing techniques for feature detection has been less explored.

Striatal cholinergic interneuron membrane voltage tracks locomotor rhythms in mice
Rhythmic neural network activity has been broadly linked to behavior. However, it is unclear how membrane potentials of individual neurons track behavioral rhythms, even though many neurons exhibit pace-making properties in isolated brain circuits.

CT10 regulator of kinase (CRK) and CRK‐Like (CRKL) are signaling adaptors driving cell adhesion, motility, differentiation, and proliferation. SH2‐domain containing (SH) proteins are enriched in YXXP motifs which when phosphorylated create preferred binding sites for CRK family SH2 domains.

NEURAL NETWORK-BASED DOUBLE ENCRYPTION FOR JPEG2000 IMAGES
The JPEG2000 is the more efficient next generation coding standard than the current JPEG standard. It can code files witless visual loss, and the file format is less likely to be affected by system file or bit errors.
