Characterization of Volatile Organic Compounds and Aroma Sensory Properties in Yunnan Cigar. [PDF]
To characterize volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and aromatic sensory properties in Yun cigar, 27 samples from four origins were analyzed using SPME–HS–GC/MS and sensory analysis. The investigation results were analyzed using principal component analysis (PCA), Fisher linear discriminant analysis (LDA), and Pearson correlation analysis.

Bioactive Cembranoids from the Soft Coral Genus Sinularia sp. in Borneo
Soft corals are known to be prolific producers of a wide spectrum of biologically active cembranoids. One new cembranoid, sinularolide F (2), along with three known compounds, cembranolide (1), (E,E,E)-6,10,14-trimethyl-3-methylene-cis-3α,4,5,8,9,12,13 ...

New cytotoxic cembranolides from an Okinawan soft coral, Lobophytum sp. [PDF]
Three new cembranolides (1-3) were isolated from an Okinawan soft coral, Lobophytum sp., together with the known cembranolide diterpenoids (4-9). Their structures were determined by extensive analysis of spectroscopic data (1D and 2D NMR, IR, and MS ...
