Land cover change that leads to increased nutrient and sediment runoff is an important driver of change in coral reef ecosystems. This study presents an end‐to‐end computer‐vision pipeline for monitoring fish migration using underwater video. We integrate field camera deployment, annotation, model training and automated in‐season counting to generate continuous, high‐resolution data on river herring spawning migration.
