Center manifold and exponentially-bounded solutions of a forced Newtonian system with dissipation

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2000
We study the existence of exponentially-bounded solutions to the following system of second-order ordinary differential equations with dissipation: $$ u''+cu'+Au+kH(u) = P(t), quad u in {mathbb R}^n, quad t in {mathbb R}, $$ where $c$ and $k$ are ...

ABL kinase‐dependent phosphorylation of SH proteins promotes their direct interaction with CRK family SH2 domains

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
CT10 regulator of kinase (CRK) and CRK‐Like (CRKL) are signaling adaptors driving cell adhesion, motility, differentiation, and proliferation. SH2‐domain containing (SH) proteins are enriched in YXXP motifs which when phosphorylated create preferred binding sites for CRK family SH2 domains.

Centers on center manifolds in a quadratic system obtained froma scalar third-order differential equation

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2011
We give affirmative answers to two questions concerning the existence of centers on local center manifolds at equilibria of a quadratic system in the three dimensional space.

Stability and Bifurcation for a Delayed Diffusive Two-Zooplankton One-Phytoplankton Model with Two Different Functions

open access: yesComplexity, 2021
In this paper, a diffusion two-phytoplankton one-zooplankton model with time delay, Beddington–DeAnglis functional response, and Holling II functional response is proposed.

Analytic Nilpotent Centers on Center Manifolds

open access: yes, 2021
Consider analytical three-dimensional differential systems having a singular point at the origin such that its linear part is $y\partial_x-λz\partial_z$ for some $λ\neq 0$. The restriction of such systems to a Center Manifold has a nilpotent singular point at the origin.

Subtype‐specific enhancer RNAs define transcriptional regulators and prognosis in breast cancers

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study employed machine learning methodologies to perform the subtype‐specific classification of RNA‐seq data sets, which are mapped on enhancers from TCGA‐derived breast cancer patients. Their integration with gene expression (referred to as ProxCReAM eRNAs) and chromatin accessibility profiles has the potential to identify lineage‐specific and ...

Approximation Scheme of a Center Manifold for Functional Differential Equations

open access: yes, 1997
In this paper, we consider a general autonomous functional differential equation having a local center manifold. Then, we give an algorithmic procedure to compute the terms in the Taylor expansion of this manifold up to any ...

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Hopf bifurcations in a three-species food chain system with multiple delays

open access: yesOpen Mathematics, 2017
This paper is concerned with a three-species Lotka-Volterra food chain system with multiple delays. By linearizing the system at the positive equilibrium and analyzing the associated characteristic equation, the stability of the positive equilibrium and ...

Center Manifold Method in the Asymptotic Integration Problem for Functional Differential Equations with Oscillatory Decreasing Coefficients. I

open access: yesМоделирование и анализ информационных систем, 2014
In this paper, we study the asymptotic integration problem in the neighborhood of infinity for a certain class of linear functional differential systems. We construct the asymptotics for solutions of the considered systems in the critical case. Using the
