Measurement of Partition Coefficient Using Centrifugal Partition Chromatography
Measurement of partition coefficients in various solvent systems has been developed using flow-through centrifugal partition chromatography (CPC). The present paper details the experimental design, and shows that this method is able to measure compounds in a log P range of ca. -3.2 to 3.2 in a precise, accurate and rapid way.
