Diagnostic Performance of Comprehensive Point‐of‐Care Ultrasound for Pediatric Tuberculosis in Spain: A Prospective Observational Study

In children with presumptive tuberculosis, comprehensive point‐of‐care (cPOCUS) identified key thoracic abnormalities with high specificity and excellent inter‐reader reliability. Although diagnostic sensitivity was modest and examinations often incomplete, cPOCUS shows promise as a complementary, radiation‐free imaging tool.

Search for Classical Cepheids in Galactic Open Clusters and Calibration of the Period–Wesenheit–Metallicity Relation in the Gaia Bands

It is beneficial to calibrate the period–Wesenheit–metallicity relation (PWZR) of Delta Cephei stars (DCEPs), i.e., classical Cepheids, using accurate parallaxes of associated open clusters (OCs) from Gaia data release 3 (DR3).

Home telemonitoring in high‐risk pregnancies: A Finnish retrospective cohort study

This retrospective study suggests that home telemonitoring may provide an acceptable approach for managing selected high‐risk pregnancies. Safe and effective implementation requires careful patient selection and adherence to evidence‐based clinical protocols.

A Novel q-PED Method: Precise Physical Properties of a Merger-origin Binary Cepheid OGLE-LMC-CEP-1347
