Microgel‐Based Hierarchical Porous Hydrogel Patch with Adhesion and Resilience for Myocardial Infarction

This study develops a hierarchically porous hydrogel patch strategy (HPMP), based on gas‐shearing microfluidics and an aqueous two‐phase system to fabricate porous microgels as microgel‐based bioinks. The porous microgels with controllable porous structure exhibit excellent cellular behavior.

CRISPR‐Cas9‐Loaded Theranostic Liposomes for Enhancing Radiosensitization of Prostate Cancer through POLD4 Gene Editing under Real‐Time MRI Monitoring

This study identifies POLD4 as a potential prostate cancer radiosensitization target through transcriptome sequencing. By encapsulating POLD4‐targeted CRISPR/Cas9 plasmids and USPIONs in cationic liposomes, an MRI‐monitored gene‐editing platform is established.

ZBTB21 Is a Dual Suppressor of Pyroptosis and MHC‐I Antigen Presentation That Promotes Tumor Immune Evasion

ZBTB21 is a transcription factor that epigenetically suppresses pyroptosis and MHC‐I antigen presentation, enabling tumor immune evasion. Genetic ablation of ZBTB21 activates pyroptotic cell death and enhances antigen presentation, recruiting CD8+ T cells to overcome immune checkpoint blockade resistance.
