This study demonstrates that tumor‐derived IL‐35 promotes pancreatic cancer fibrosis by indirectly activating pancreatic stellate cells through IGFBP2/IGF‐1R/PI3K‐Akt and Tsp‐1/TGF‐β pathways. Neoadjuvant gemcitabine plus nab‐paclitaxel (AG) reprograms pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma by shifting malignant cells toward a classical phenotype and remodeling the tumor microenvironment. Despite enhancing cytotoxic NKT cells, AG activates tumor‐associated mast cells (TAMCs) and inflammatory CAFs through MIF signaling.

Thermal Shielding and Vapor Transport Enhancement in MOF‐Enabled Membranes for Membrane Distillation
A metal–organic framework‐enabled membrane (MEM) with a hierarchical porous structure is developed for thermal‐efficient membrane distillation. By embedding ZIF‐8 onto PH nanofibers, the MEM achieves low thermal conductivity and significantly enhances vapor flux and thermal efficiency.
