2-{[4-(Dimethylamino)benzylidene]amino}phenyl disulfide
In the title molecule, C30H30N4S2, the two benzene rings connected through the disulfide chain form a dihedral angle of 88.7 (1)°, and the two benzene rings in the benzylideneaniline fragments form dihedral angles of 34.0 (1)

This study reveals a unique active site enriched in methionine residues and demonstrates that these residues play a critical role by stabilizing carbocation intermediates through novel sulfur–cation interactions. Structure‐guided mutagenesis further revealed variants with significantly altered product profiles, enhancing pseudopterosin formation. These

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Quantum Transport in Molecular Rings and Chains
We study charge transport driven by deformations in molecular rings and chains. Level crossings and the associated Longuet-Higgins phase play a central role in this theory.

AAA+ protein unfoldases—the Moirai of the proteome
AAA+ unfoldases are essential molecular motors that power protein degradation and disaggregation. This review integrates recent cryo‐electron microscopy (cryo‐EM) structures and single‐molecule biophysical data to reconcile competing models of substrate translocation.

4,4′-(o-Phenylenedioxydimethylene)dipyridinium dinitrate
The cation of the salt, C18H18N2O22+·2NO3−, lies about a twofold rotation axis. The pyridinium ring is almost coplanar with the phenylene ring [dihedral angle between rings = 5.69 (9)°].

Weak dimension of FP-injective modules over chain rings
It is proven that the weak dimension of each FP-injective module over a chain ring which is either Archimedean or not semicoherent is less or equal to ...

pH‐mediated activation of the lysosomal arginine sensor SLC38A9
Cells monitor nutrient levels via the lysosomal transporter SLC38A9 to activate the mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1). This study reveals that SLC38A9 function is regulated by pH. We identified histidine 544 as a critical pH sensor that undergoes conformational changes to control amino acid efflux from lysosomes; therefore, it ...

(E)-N-[2-(Biphenyl-4-ylvinyl)phenyl]furan-2-carboxamide
In the title molecule, C25H19NO2, the furyl ring is twisted by 46.3 (1)° with respect to the phenylene ring bearing the amido group. In the stilbene unit, the two phenylene rings (i.e.
