Thermochronologic Constraints on the Extensional History of the Ibex Hills, Southeastern Black Mountains, Death Valley, California

open access: yesGeological Journal, EarlyView.
A. Modeled T‐t paths for samples in the northern Ibex Hills, showing steady cooling throughout much of the Cenozoic, until rapid Miocene cooling. B. Weighted mean paths for each sample in this study. Note that all show a rapid cooling event at or just after 10 Ma, which is interpreted to represent exhumation as a result of regional extenstion ...

Embracing Complexity in HRM Research: A Call for System and Process Perspectives

open access: yesHuman Resource Management, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Human resource management (HRM) is inherently complex. It involves systems of principles, practices, and activities operating at individual, group, organizational, and macro levels, which are interlinked through complex processes. Experimental Factors and Techniques for Pool Boiling Heat Transfer Enhancement: A Critical Review

open access: yesHeat Transfer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This review presents a comprehensive assessment of active strategies for enhancing pool boiling heat transfer, with a focus on techniques that do not rely solely on the boiling surface modification. It examines a broad range of methodologies including fluid additives, external fields, mechanical interventions, and thermal‐geometric tuning that

Post‐Processed CMIP6 Climate Projections for Hydro‐Environmental Risk Assessment in the Middle East and Central Asia

open access: yesInternational Journal of Climatology, EarlyView.
Estimating water resources is important for regional climate impact analysis and risk estimation. The Middle East and Central Asia have largely reached the limit of sustainably usable water across their river basins and ecosystems. Strategies designed to mitigate environmental risks require a reliable estimation of water availability trends.
