Existing electric vehicle (EV) scheduling schemes fail to address the issue of balanced utilization of charging piles, which often leads to overloading and premature aging of certain charging piles while others remain underutilized. Concurrently, vehicle-

Electrically induced tunable cohesion in granular systems
Experimental observations of confined granular materials in the presence of an electric field that induces cohesive forces are reported. The angle of repose is found to increase with the cohesive force. A theoretical model for the stability of a granular

Damage Effects of Shaped Charges on Concrete Piles
Concrete piles are a common obstacle in an antilanding obstacle field. To research the damage ability of concrete piles with different shaped charges, penetration tests of concrete piles with different standoff distances (SODs) were carried out with explosively formed projectiles (EFPs) and jetting projectile charges (JPCs).

pH‐mediated activation of the lysosomal arginine sensor SLC38A9
Cells monitor nutrient levels via the lysosomal transporter SLC38A9 to activate the mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1). This study reveals that SLC38A9 function is regulated by pH. We identified histidine 544 as a critical pH sensor that undergoes conformational changes to control amino acid efflux from lysosomes; therefore, it ...

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

Dynamic Estimation of Charging-Pile Metering Error Based on Limited Standard Metering Terminals
The conflict between the deployment cost of high-precision intelligent standard instruments and the accuracy of intelligent verification is an unavoidable challenge in the intelligent transformation of charging-pile metering verification. To address this

Effect of blast induced rock fragmentation and muckpile angle on excavator performance in surface mines [PDF]
Purpose. A fit excavator in a surface mine gives a trouble free production. To maintain the condition and safety of an excavator, proper sizes of rock fragmentation and muckpile parameters are crucial besides its maintenance.

YIPFα1A expression is regulated by multilayered molecular mechanisms
YIPFα1A, a five‐pass Golgi protein, is regulated at multiple layers. (1) Rare‐codon enrichment drives translation‐coupled mRNA decay. (2) A proximal 3′‐UTR element stabilizes mRNA. (3) A distal 3′‐UTR element included by alternate poly(A) site usage represses translation, which can be overridden by the proximal 3′‐UTR element.

Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...
