Rapid Fabrication of Self‐Propelled and Steerable Magnetic Microcatheters for Precision Medicine

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A rapid Joule heating fabrication method for the production of self‐propelling, adaptive microcatheters, with tunable stiffness and integrated microfluidic channels is presented. Demonstrated through three microrobotic designs, including a steerable guiding catheter, an untethered wave‐crawling TubeBot, and a distal‐end propelled microcatheter, it was ...

Study of the semileptonic decay D 0 → K ¯ 0 π − e + ν e $$ {D}^0\to {\overline{K}}^0{\pi}^{-}{e}^{+}{\nu}_e $$

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
We report an improved study of the semileptonic decay D 0 → K ¯ 0 π − e + ν e $$ {D}^0\to {\overline{K}}^0{\pi}^{-}{e}^{+}{\nu}_e $$ based on a sample of 7.9 fb −1 of e + e − annihilation data collected at a center-of-mass energy of 3.773 GeV with the ...

Open Charm measurements at the NA61 experiment at CERN SPS

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2018
The strong interactions programme of the NA61/SHINE experiment at CERN SPS has been extended through the use of new silicon Vertex Detector which provides precise measurements of exotic particles with short lifetime. The detector was designed to meet the

Mixed‐Metal Promotion in a Manganese‐Molybdenum Oxynitride as Catalyst to Integrate C─C and C─N Coupling Reactions for the Direct Synthesis of Acetonitrile from Syngas and Ammonia

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Transition metal oxy/carbo‐nitrides show great promise as catalysts for sustainable processes. A Mn‐Mo mixed‐metal oxynitride attains remarkable performance for the direct synthesis of acetonitrile, an important commodity chemical, via sequential C─N and C─C coupling from syngas (C1) and ammonia (N1) feedstocks.

Flavour-violating decays of mixed top-charm squarks at the LHC

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields, 2018
We explore signatures related to squark decays in the framework of non-minimally flavour-violating supersymmetry. We consider a simplified model where the lightest squark consists of an admixture of charm and top flavour.

Double Charm Physics

open access: yes, 2002
We review the weak-decay and spectroscopy properties of baryons with two charmed quarks. We also present the convergent speculations on exotic mesons $(QQ\bar{q}\bar{q})$ with two heavy quarks and two light antiquarks.

Role of Liquid Composition in the Transient Liquid Assisted Growth of Superconducting YBa2Cu3O7‐δ Films

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The Y supersaturation in the [Ba‐Cu(I/II)‐O] transient liquid composition is the driving force toward YBCO nucleation and growth in TLAG. Tuning the initial (Ba:Cu) molar ratio in the ink composition determines the YBCO epitaxial nucleation through supersaturation control.

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
Using e + e − annihilation data sets corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 4.5 fb −1, collected with the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies between 4.600 and 4.699 GeV, we report the first measurements of the absolute branching fractions B
