Feasibility of measuring the magnetic dipole moments of the charm baryons at the LHC using bent crystals

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2017
In this paper we revisit the idea of measuring the magnetic dipole moments of the charm baryons and, in particular, of Λ c + by studying the spin precession induced by the strong effective magnetic field inside the channels of a bent crystal.

CP violation in three-body B decays: a model ansatz

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2020
The mechanism of CP violation remains one of the puzzles in particle physics. Key to understanding this phenomenon are nonleptonic B decays, especially multibody decays which exhibit large CP asymmetries in various regions of phase space.

Physics of tau and charm

open access: yes, 2009
The physics of tau and charm started in early 70's after J/$\psi$ and $\tau$ were discovered. Since then several dedicated accelerators and experiments were built with increasing luminosities and studies on light hadron spectroscopy, charmonium ...

Polymer Interface Enables Reversible Quasi‐Solid Sulfur Conversion in Sodium‐Sulfur Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The polymer interface enables a stable quasi‐solid sulfur conversion pathway in room‐temperature Na─S batteries. The coating regulates Na+ transport, stabilizes the cathode–electrolyte interphase, and accommodates mechanical stress, suppressing electrolyte decomposition and sulfur migration, thereby improving reaction uniformity, reducing polarization,

CP violation in charm and beauty decays at LHCb

open access: yes, 2012
LHCb is a dedicated heavy flavour physics precision experiment at the LHC searching for New Physics (NP) beyond the Standard Model (SM) through the study of very rare decays of beauty and charm-flavoured hadrons and precision measurements of CP-violating

Texoskeletons: Developing the Fundamental Technologies for Creating Intelligent Soft Robotic Clothing With Integrated 1D Sensors and Actuators

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Traditional wearable exoskeletons rely on rigid structures, which limit comfort, flexibility, and everyday usability. This work introduces the fundamental technologies to create the first soft, lightweight, intelligent textile‐based exoskeletons (Texoskeletons) built using 1D sensors and actuators.

Search for a cH signal in the associated production of at least one charm quark with a Higgs boson in the diphoton decay channel in pp collisions at $$\sqrt{s}=13$$ TeV

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
This paper presents the first search for a cH signal sensitive to the coupling of the charm quark (c) to the Higgs boson (H) in the associated production of at least one charm quark with a Higgs boson decaying to two photons.

Theoretical Review on Hadronic D/D_s Decays

open access: yes, 2011
A brief review on the theoretical status of hadronic charm decays is presented. We emphasize the analyses based on the diagrammatic approach and the connection of weak annihilation with final-state rescattering.
