Chemical bath deposition of BiVO4 [PDF]

open access: yesThin Solid Films, 2002
A chemical bath deposition method (CBD) to prepare BiVO4 coatings on a glass substrate is described. The synthetic method uses the thermal treatment of aqueous solutions containing a bismuth(III) ethylenediaminetetra-acetate chelate and vanadium (V) species.

CdS Powders Obtained by Chemical Bath Deposition [PDF]

open access: yesMaterials Science Forum, 2011
We studied the influence of the mixing on the properties of CdS powders obtained by Chemical Bath Deposition. The powders were obtained from baths containing cadmium chloride, thiourea, and ammonia. The obtained powders were characterized using FT-IR, in order to evaluate the purity of the obtained powder.

Crystalline TeO 2 thin film with chemical bath deposition [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
© 2019 National Institute of Science Communication and Information Resources (NISCAIR). All Rights Reserved. Tellurium oxide (TeO 2 ) crystalline thin film has been produced with chemical bath deposition on substrates (commercial glass). Some properties of the films have been investigated by UV/VIS.

ZnSe thin films by chemical bath deposition method [PDF]

open access: yesSolar Energy Materials and Solar Cells, 1998
The ZnSe thin films have been deposited onto glass substrates by the simple chemical bath deposition method using selenourea as a selenide ion source from an aqueous alkaline medium.
