CdSe Nanorods Synthesis By Chemical Bath Deposition
ECS Meeting Abstracts, 2014CdSe thin films were prepared by a chemical bath deposition on glass substrates during the growing process at 70◦C.Nine different films were obtained depending of the conditions of growing. The optical characterization shown bandgap upper than 1.74 reported for the CdSe at ambient temperature.

Cobalt oxide films have been produced by chemical bath deposition technique at various bath temperatures for different deposition times onto glass substrates. The as-grown Co3O4 films were annealed at 300 °C for 1 h and investigated via x-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy.

Growth Mechanism of CdS NanoFilms Prepared by Chemical Bath Deposition
Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, 2011Deposition of CdS nanofilms was performed using the chemical bath deposition method, as a function of the concentration ratio of [S] to [Cd] (S/Cd) and of deposition temperature. As the S/Cd ratio and deposition temperature increased, the deposition rate of the films increased, and the transmittance was improved.

Low-temperature growth of ZnO nanorods by chemical bath deposition
Journal of Colloid and Interface Science, 2007Aligned ZnO nanorod arrays were synthesized using a chemical bath deposition method at normal atmospheric pressure without any metal catalyst. A simple two-step process was developed for growing ZnO nanorods on a PET substrate at 90-95 degrees C. The ZnO seed precursor was prepared by a sol-gel reaction.

CdS Nanoparticles Grown in a Polymer Matrix by Chemical Bath Deposition
Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, 2005Nanocrystallites of CdS have been grown by chemical bath deposition within the pores of poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) on glass and Si substrates. The CdS-PVA composite films are transparent in the visible region. XRD and TEM diffraction patterns confirmed the nanocrystalline CdS phase formation.

Chemical bath deposition and characterization of PbS – Cu
Nigerian Journal of Physics, 2013PbS and PbS - CuxS thin films have been deposited on glass substrates using the chemical bath deposition (CBD) technique. The PbS was deposited from alkaline solution of lead nitrate, thioacetamide, ammonia and triethanolamine that was used as the complexing agent.
