Maghemite Produced by Chemical Spray Pyrolysis Method on Different Substrates
Materials Today: Proceedings, 2016Maghemite (Fe2O3) was synthesized by chemical spray pyrolysis (CSP) method at same substrate temperatures on glass, MgO and ZnO thin films. In this study, first maghemite thin film was grown on glass substrate and structural analysis of maghemite thin film was made by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques.

Characteristics of CuIn1−xGaxS2 thin films synthesized by chemical spray pyrolysis
Journal of Luminescence, 2014Abstract CuIn 1− x Ga x S 2 multi-component semiconductors thin films were prepared by chemical spray pyrolysis on glass substrates using different concentrations of gallium in the spray solutions ( y =([Ga 3+ ]/[In 3+ ]) varying from 0 to 20 at% by a step of 5 at%).

Growth and characterization of the ZnO/ZnS bilayer obtained by chemical spray pyrolysis
Applied Surface Science, 2008Abstract ZnO/ZnS bilayer antireflection coatings have been prepared by spray pyrolysis using aqueous solutions of zinc acetate and thiourea or zinc chloride and thiourea. The structure, surface morphology, chemical composition and optical transmittance of the bilayer have been examined as a function of the composition of the initial solution.

Nanocrystalline copper selenide thin films by chemical spray pyrolysis
Journal of Materials Science: Materials in Electronics, 2014Thin films of copper selenide were deposited onto amorphous glass substrates at various substrate temperatures by computerized spray pyrolysis technique. The as deposited copper selenide thin films were used to study a wide range of characteristics including structural, surface morphological, optical and electrical, Hall Effect and thermo-electrical ...

Preparation of metal-semiconductor composite films by chemical spray pyrolysis
Materials Letters, 1997Abstract Chemical spray pyrolysis (CSP) offers a simple and inexpensive means of preparing metal-semiconductor composite (MSC) films with highly unusual optical properties. Oftentimes, these systems may involve metals in fairly complex semiconductors. Difficult at best to prepare, by standard deposition techniques, they have been studied for possible

Highly oriented and conducting ZnO:Ga layers grown by chemical spray pyrolysis
Surface and Coatings Technology, 2002Highly conducting and transparent gallium doped zinc oxide (ZnO:Ga) layers have been deposited using a spray pyrolysis process. The films were deposited on Corning 7059 glass substrates at different temperatures and gallium doping concentrations, keeping the other deposition parameters constant. The ZnO:Ga films grown at a substrate temperature of 350 °

Growth of ZnS Thin Films using Chemical Spray Pyrolysis Technique
Materials Today: Proceedings, 2019Abstract It is well acknowledged that thin films of zinc sulfide (ZnS) can be successfully synthesised via spray pyrolysis of an aqueous solution of zinc acetate and thiourea onto a glass substrate at a temperature of 200°C. However, the effect of spray rate on the structural and optical properties of ZnS thin films has not been considered deeply ...

Physico-Chemical Properties of CuO Thin Films Deposited by Spray Pyrolysis
Materials Science Forum, 2017Our work consists to the deposition of copper oxide (CuO) thin films onto glass substrates by the spray pyrolysis method. The precursor solution was copper chloride of 0.1 M and the deposition rate was 5 ml/h. The time of spray varied between 5 and 20 min and the substrate temperature was kept at 350°C. The structural, optical and electrical properties
