The practical roadmap for peri-cystectomy approaches in muscle-invasive bladder cancer
The management of muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) remains a challenging topic since it is witnessing rapidly evolving changes and new drug approvals. In fact, more effective approaches are now available to improve the outcomes of patients with MIBC

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

Evolving roles of systemic therapy in hepatocellular carcinoma: neoadjuvant and adjuvant strategies [PDF]
Surgical resection for early-stage hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) provides the potential for long-term survival but recurrence rates within 5 years were up to 70%. Thus, neoadjuvant or adjuvant strategies can be important to improve outcomes.

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...
