On the L ∞ formulation of Chern-Simons theories
L ∞ algebras have been largely studied as algebraic frameworks in the formulation of gauge theories in which the gauge symmetries and the dynamics of the interacting theories are contained in a set of products acting on a graded vector space.

Matroid theory and Chern–Simons [PDF]
It is shown that matroid theory may provide a natural mathematical framework for a duality symmetries not only for quantum Yang–Mills physics, but also for M-theory. Our discussion is focused in an action consisting purely of the Chern–Simons term, but in principle the main ideas can be applied beyond such an action. In our treatment the theorem due to

Algebraic Chern-Simons theory [PDF]
A theory of secondary characteristic classes analogous to the classical Chern-Simons theory is developed for algebraic vector bundles. Applications are made to questions involving finer charcterisitic classes for bundles with connection and to the Griffiths group of algebraic cycles.

Superconformal index for N=3 ADEˆ Chern-Simons quiver gauge theories
We compute superconformal indices for N=3 ADEˆ Chern-Simons quiver gauge theories with a product gauge group ∏iU(N)i, using the method of supersymmetric localization. We also perform a large N analysis of the index.

Holographic Chern–Simons Theories [PDF]
Chern-Simons theories in three dimensions are topological field theories that may have a holographic interpretation for suitable chosen gauge groups and boundary conditions on the fields. Conformal Chern-Simons gravity is a topological model of 3-dimensional gravity that exhibits Weyl invariance and allows various holographic descriptions, including ...

Vector dominance, one flavored baryons, and QCD domain walls from the "hidden" Wess-Zumino term
We further explore a recent proposal that the vector mesons in QCD have a special role as Chern-Simons fields on various QCD objects such as domain walls and the one flavored baryons.

GAUGE DEPENDENCE IN CHERN–SIMONS THEORY [PDF]
We compute the contribution to the modulus of the one-loop effective action in pure non-Abelian Chern–Simons theory in an arbitrary covariant gauge. We find that the results are dependent on both the gauge parameter (α) and the metric required in the gauge fixing.
