N=5,6 Superconformal Chern-Simons Theories and M2-branes on Orbifolds [PDF]
We explore further our recent generalization of the = 4 superconformal Chern-Simons theories of Gaiotto and Witten. We find and construct explicitly theories of enhanced = 5 or 6 supersymmetry, especially = 5, Sp(2M) ? O(N) and = 6, Sp(2M) ?

Vector dominance, one flavored baryons, and QCD domain walls from the "hidden" Wess-Zumino term
We further explore a recent proposal that the vector mesons in QCD have a special role as Chern-Simons fields on various QCD objects such as domain walls and the one flavored baryons.

GAUGE DEPENDENCE IN CHERN–SIMONS THEORY [PDF]
We compute the contribution to the modulus of the one-loop effective action in pure non-Abelian Chern–Simons theory in an arbitrary covariant gauge. We find that the results are dependent on both the gauge parameter (α) and the metric required in the gauge fixing.

Chern–Simons extension of ESK theory [PDF]
The commonly-known Chern-Simons extension of Einstein gravitational theory is written in terms of a square-curvature term added to the linear-curvature Hilbert Lagrangian. In a recent paper, we constructed two Chern-Simons extensions according to whether they consisted of a square-curvature term added to the square-curvature Stelle Lagrangian or of one

Scattering Amplitudes of Massive N=2 Gauge Theories in Three Dimensions [PDF]
We study the scattering amplitudes of mass-deformed Chern-Simons theories and Yang-Mills-Chern-Simons theories with N=2 supersymmetry in three dimensions. In particular, we derive the on-shell supersymmetry algebras which underlie the scattering matrices

N=4 Superconformal Chern-Simons Theories with Hyper and Twisted Hyper Multiplets [PDF]
We extend the = 4 superconformal Chern-Simons theories of Gaiotto and Witten to those with additional twisted hyper-multiplets. The new theories are generically linear quiver gauge theories with the two types of hyper-multiplets alternating between gauge

Chern–Simons theory and the R-matrix [PDF]
It has been a long-standing problem how to relate Chern-Simons theory to the quantum groups. In this paper we recover the classical $r$-matrix directly from a 3-dimensional Chern-Simons theory with boundary conditions, thus creating a direct link to the quantum groups. It is known that the Jones polynomials can be constructed using an $R$-matrix.

On N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 4 supersymmetry enhancements in three dimensions
We introduce a class of 3d theories consisting of strongly-coupled N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 4 systems coupled to N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 3 Chern-Simons gauge multiplets, which exhibit N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 4 enhancements when a peculiar condition on the Chern-

D2-brane Chern-Simons theories: F -maximization = a-maximization [PDF]
A bstractWe study a system of N D2-branes probing a generic Calabi-Yau three-fold singularity in the presence of a non-zero quantized Romans mass n. We argue that the low-energy effective cN=2$$ \mathcal{N}=2 $$ Chern-Simons quiver gauge theory flows to ...
