STUDY APPROACHES ON THE CHESTNUT GALL WASP, DRYOCOSMUS KURIPHILUS YASUMATSU IN CHINA
Acta Horticulturae, 2009Approaches of studies on the chestnut gall wasp, Dryocosmus kuriphilus Yasumatsu in China were documented in this paper. The pest distributes over 16 provinces covering all the chestnut productive area in the country with yield damage 15-30% every year. It was observed only 1 generation each year and seems to reproduce by parthenogenesis.
