Light-quality-tunable illumination system using a liquid crystal light control film for application to lighting for cultural properties

The light quality, i.e., the softness of the illumination, has a significant effect on both the color information and the roughness information of the surfaces of illuminated bodies, which are read by observing these illuminated bodies.

SIRT6‐Mediated Deacetylation of ATF3 Promotes Silica‐Induced Lung Fibrosis by Enhancing its Nuclear Import via Binding to Importin α

SIRT6‐mediated ATF3 acetylation drives MGARP transcription and mitochondrial dysfunction in macrophages, promoting macrophage senescence and pulmonary fibrosis. Mechanistically, HSP70/Importin α competitively binds to ATF3, modulating its nuclear translocation.

An Energy Autonomous Microneedle Array‐Based Sensing System for Continuous Biomarker Monitoring

This work presents an innovative self‐powered wearable biosensor system for real‐time monitoring of multiple biomarkers in interstitial fluid. The device integrates stainless steel‐based minimally invasive microneedles with ion‐selective membranes, enabling simultaneous Na+, K+, Ca2+, pH, and glucose detection.
