Room‐Temperature Skyrmionic Synapse in 2D Ferromagnet Fe3GaTe2 Operating via Collective Spin Texture Transformation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We demonstrate a neuromorphic synapse in 2D Fe3GaTe2 flakes. The device operates via a current‐driven transformation from a skyrmion‐lattice to a stripe‐domain state, yielding a linear anomalous Hall resistance response with a tunable slope to enable multiply‐accumulate operations. Simulations confirm its viability in artificial neural networks.

Exploring Monohalogen-Substituted Phenylethylamine Hydro-Chloride Salts: Preparation and Solid Phase Analysis of Pharma-Ceutical Building Blocks and Resolving Agents

open access: yesCrystals
Monohalogen-substituted (F-, Cl-, Br-) phenylethylamine derivates are a valuable class of chiral compounds, e.g., for C-C-coupling reactions, which are the basis for multiple pharmaceuticals and resolving agents.

Stable Protein‐Based G‐Quadruplex‐Derived Supramolecular Bioinks as Tunable ECM‐Mimetic Constructs Assembled by Combining Non‐Covalent and Covalent Strategies

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Harnessing the synergistic interplay of supramolecular self‐assembly, under macromolecular crowding conditions, and enzymatic‐mediated covalent crosslinking toward a stable protein‐based G‐quadruplex‐derived supramolecular bioink. This bioinspired strategy enables the biofabrication of complex and tunable ECM‐mimetic constructs, providing a platform ...

Chiral Microneedle Arrays With Terahertz Chiroptical Activity With Chiral‐Plasmon‐Chiral‐Phonon Resonance

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Microneedle arrays (MNAs) is a rapidly emerging technology with broad biomedical applications in drug delivery and biosensing. With sub‐millimeter dimensions and periodicity, MNAs possess geometries nearly ideal for biomedical devices operating within the terahertz (THz) spectral window.

5-(2,3-Dichlorophenyl)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole

open access: yesIUCrData, 2017
In the racemic title compound, C22H18Cl2N2O, the dihedral angles between the central dihydropyrazole ring (r.m.s. deviation = 0.018 Å) and the pendant methoxyphenyl, phenyl and dichlorophenyl rings are 3.96 (9), 15.90 (9) and 66.65 (9)° respectively ...

All‐Optical Reconfigurable Physical Unclonable Function for Sustainable Security

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐optical reconfigurable physical unclonable function (PUF) is demonstrated using plasmonic coupling–induced sintering of optically trapped gold nanoparticles, where Brownian motion serves as a robust entropy source. The resulting optical PUF exhibits high encoding density, strong resistance to modeling attacks, and practical authentication ...
