Quark models and chiral lagrangians
Abstract We consider the description of low-energy hadronic physics in terms of quark models, and explore its connection with chiral lagrangians. The chiral lagrangians with four derivatives arising from the interactions of the Goldstone bosons with quarks are calculated.

A Lagrangian for the Chiral (1/2,0) Circle Plus (0,1/2) Quartet Nucleon Resonances [PDF]
We study the nucleon and three N* resonances properties in an effective linear realization chiral SU(L)(2) x SU(R)(2) and U(A)(1) symmetric Lagrangian. We place the nucleon fields into the so-called naive (1/2, 0) circle plus (0, 1/2) and mirror (0, 1/2)

Infrared enhancement of supersymmetry in four dimensions
We study a recently-found class of RG flows in four dimensions exhibiting enhancement of supersymmetry in the infrared, which provides a lagrangian description of several strongly-coupled N=2 SCFTs.

Electromagnetic couplings of the ChPT Lagrangian from the perturbative chiral quark model [PDF]
18 pages, 3 figuresWe apply the perturbative chiral quark model to the study of the low-energy pi-N interaction. Using an effective chiral Lagrangian we reproduce the Weinberg-Tomozawa result for the S-wave pi-N scattering lengths. After inclusion of the

Proof of the equivalence theorem in the chiral lagrangian formalism [PDF]
A general proof of the equivalence theorem in electroweak theories with the symmetry breaking sector described by the chiral Lagrangian is given in the Rξ gauge by means of the Ward-Takahashi identities.

Solitonic ground state in supersymmetric theory in background
A solitonic ground state called a chiral soliton lattice (CSL) is realized in a supersymmetric theory with background magnetic field and finite chemical potential.

Calculation of the chiral Lagrangian coefficients with light vector mesons [PDF]
We calculate the coefficients in the effective chiral Lagrangian from QCD, which includes pseudo-scalar mesons and vector mesons (with hidden symmetry), up to O(p4). This encompasses both the normal and anomalous parts.

Chiral symmetry restoration at finite temperature in a model with manifest confinement
Multiple lattice evidences support the existence of a confining but chirally symmetric regime of QCD above the chiral symmetry restoration crossover at Tch≃155 MeV.

Sakai-Sugimoto model in an off-shell: Chiral Lagrangian to all orders
The Sakai-Sugimoto holographic model is famous for implementing the approximate chiral symmetry of QCD and reproducing the Chiral Lagrangian in a top-down approach.

Nonstandard Higgs in Electroweak Chiral Lagrangian [PDF]
We add a nonstandard higgs into the traditional bosonic part of electroweak chiral Lagrangian, in purpose of finding out the contribution to EWCL coefficients from processes with internal line higgs particle.
