Visible GeV ALP from TeV Vector‐Like Leptons
Abstract A model is presented where a GeV axion‐like‐particle (ALP) is predicted in a large portion of the parameter space due to the presence of explicit Peccei–Quinn (PQ) symmetry‐breaking terms in an exotic leptonic sector. The latter provides a solution to the muon g−2$g-2$ anomaly, within the framework of the Linear Seesaw neutrino mechanism.

Chiral effective Lagrangian and quark masses [PDF]
The status of lattice determinations of quark masses is reviewed (with the exception of m_b). Attempts to extract the low-energy constants in the effective chiral Lagrangian are discussed, with special emphasis on those couplings which are required to test the hypothesis of a massless up-quark.

Micropolar Elastoplasticity Using a Fast Fourier Transform‐Based Solver
ABSTRACT This work presents a micromechanical spectral formulation for obtaining the full‐field and homogenized response of elastoplastic micropolar composites. A closed‐form radial‐return mapping is derived from thermodynamics‐based micropolar elastoplastic constitutive equations to determine the increment of plastic strain necessary to return the ...

In this work, the reduced spin Hirota–Maxwell–Bloch (rsHMB) equation is examined analytically. This model is useful for characterizing the propagation of femtosecond pulses in an erbium‐doped fiber. The optical soliton solutions of the introduced rsHMB problem are constructed using the Jacobi elliptic function (JEF) expansion technique.

Extracting the chiral anomaly from e + e − → 3π
The strength of the interaction of three pions and a photon, F 3π is predicted by the axial anomaly in terms of the pion decay constant, a relation that is frequently used to constrain low-energy radiative processes involving pions, but only tested ...

Corrections to Chiral Dynamics of Heavy Hadrons: (I) 1/M Correction
In earlier publications we have analyzed the strong and radiative decays of heavy hadrons in a formalism which incorporates both heavy-quark and chiral symmetries.

Chiralspin Symmetry and Its Implications for QCD
In a local gauge-invariant theory with massless Dirac fermions, a symmetry of the Lorentz-invariant fermion charge is larger than a symmetry of the Lagrangian as a whole.

On the large-$N_c$ behavior of the $L_7$ coupling in $\chi$PT
It is shown that the usual large-$N_c$ counting of the coupling constant $L_{7}$ of the ${\cal O}(p^4)$ low-energy chiral $SU(3)$ Lagrangian \cite{GL85} is in conflict with general properties of QCD in the large-$N_c$ limit. The solution of this conflict

On chiral excitations with exotic quantum numbers
We consider the flavour sextet of charmed meson resonances with JP=1+ quantum numbers that is predicted by the leading order chiral Lagrangian with up, down and strange quarks.
