Effect of the surface benzene film on the quantity and luminescent properties of Chlamydomonas actinochloris cells has been studied in course of the culture development. The cell number was found to decrease only on the 1st day of the experiment, later on this value increased.

The influence of microwave radiation of decimeter range on Chlamydomonas actinochloris Deason et Bold was investigated. The dynamics of cell quantity and changes in the photoluminescence spectra of samples after irradiation were studied. It was shown that reaction of the plant on irradiation depends on their physiological state and absorption doze.
