Hydrogen‐Bonding Networks Enabled by Trace Water for Morphological Design in Ternary Organic Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 14, 9 March 2026.
Trace water transforms from an impurity to a design handle for ternary organic solar cells. During solvent evaporation, minimal amounts organize transient hydrogen‐bonding networks that steer component migration and set the morphology. The mechanism enables reproducible morphology locking and identifies a practical co‐solvent threshold near H2O:CF = 0 ...

Rapid Microwave Annealing of Perovskites: Effects on Device and Material Stability in High Humidity

open access: yesEcoMat, Volume 8, Issue 3, March 2026.
This study demonstrates that microwave annealing significantly improves the stability of perovskite solar cells when exposed to high humidity conditions. Compared to traditional hot‐plate methods, microwave processing promotes the development of larger crystal grains, thereby obstructing moisture ingress and delaying degradation.

Vertically Oriented Single‐Layer Grains for a Highly Bifunctional Perovskite Photovoltaic Light‐Emitting Device

open access: yesRare Metals, Volume 45, Issue 3, March 2026.
ABSTRACT The realization of bifunctional perovskite devices integrating photovoltaic (PV) and light‐emitting diode (LED) capabilities requires precisely controlled grain architectures to facilitate dual carrier transport pathways. In this work, sulfaguanidine (SG) molecules were introduced into the perovskite solution to reconstruct the crystallization
