Chloroplast Genome Yields Unusual Seven-Cluster Structure C [PDF]
We studied the structuredness in a chloroplast genome of Siberian larch. The clusters in 63-dimensional space were identified with elastic map technique, where the objects to be clusterized are the different fragments of the genome. A seven-cluster structure in the distribution of those fragments reported previously has been found.

This study identified 10 reliable quantitative trait loci (QTLs) governing cotton resistance to V. dahliae in various environments through a genome‐wide association analysis (GWAS) using an upland cotton population. The pyramid of these 10 elite alleles reduced the disease index of cotton to V. dahliae from 70 to 20.
