Standardized network reconstruction of CHO cell metabolism [PDF]

We have created a genome-scale network reconstruction of chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell metabolism. Existing reconstructions were improved in terms of annotation standards, to facilitate their subsequent use in dynamic modelling. The resultant network is available from ChoNet (http://cho.sf.net/).

On the number of representations of integers by quadratic forms with congruence conditions [PDF]

We characterize the generating function of the number of representations described in the title in terms of the theory of modular forms. Appealing to this characterization we obtain explicit formulas for the representation numbers as examples.

High‐Performance Recyclable Polyester Elastomers Through Transient Strain‐Stiffening

Transient strain‐crystallization simultaneously strengthens and toughens block polyester elastomers while conserving recyclability. Using controlled polymerization catalysis and commercial monomers, block polyester elastomers outperform current commercial elastomers, entering a new region of tensile mechanical property space.

Von Neumann Algebras form a Model for the Quantum Lambda Calculus [PDF]

Formulation and Characterization of Novel Ionizable and Cationic Lipid Nanoparticles for the Delivery of Splice‐Switching Oligonucleotides

Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) of unconventional composition and defined structures are investigated as small oligonucleotide carriers. A composition is identified that outperforms Onpattro in cargo delivery to HeLa cells. The structure of these LNPs resembles a micellar cubic phase not commonly associated with high‐performing LNPs.
