Hens fed diets with digestible Met + Cys levels equal to (0.742% of diet) or exceeding the strain recommendation (0.929%) exhibited higher egg production compared to 0.555% Met + Cys level. Approximately 0.929% dietary level of digestible Met + Cys enhanced egg mass, egg weight and daily feed intake, and improved feed conversion ratio.

Betaine supplementation improved growth performance, nutrient digestibility, blood lipid profiles and caecal lesion scores in broilers experimentally challenged with coccidiosis, with the greatest benefits observed at 600 mg/kg, highlighting its potential as a supportive dietary strategy against coccidial infection. ABSTRACT The objective of this study

Increasing the level of digestible sulphur‐containing amino acids in the diet of older laying hens increased egg weight, but increasing the level of digestible lysine did not have a significant effect on this index. ABSTRACT Background Most laying hen diets are based on corn–soybean meal, in which methionine and lysine are limiting amino acids ...

This pilot study established that Blessing (biofield) Energy Treatment significantly enhanced the quality and nutritional value of both meat and eggs of 28‐week‐old RIR laying hens compared to the control. A graphical abstract summarising the study design and outcomes of this study is provided as a separate file (Graphical_Abstract.jpeg).

0.15% GAA supplementation enhanced body weight and productive performance in heat‐stressed aged hens. Serum creatine, nitric oxide, and antioxidant capacity increased with GAA, while egg quality remained unaffected. One percent reduced protein diet with GAA maintained performance, whereas 2% reduction caused losses.
