Enzymatic Synthesis of Homogenous Chondroitin Sulfate Oligosaccharides
Chondroitin sulfate (CS) is a sulfated polysaccharide that plays essential physiological roles. Here, we report to utilize an enzyme-based method to synthesize a library of CS oligosaccharides consisting of 15 different CS oligosaccharides.
