Ten metastatic melanoma patients were treated with cancer immunotherapies which led to poliosis during the course of treatment; of note all 10 patients experienced a response to therapy, regardless of the class of immunotherapy, including immune checkpoints, tumor infiltrating lymphocytes, or bispecific T‐cell engagers.

Metastatic potential of small posterior uveal melanomas
Abstract Purpose To investigate the prevalence of aggressive traits in small posterior uveal melanomas (UM). Methods This retrospective, multicentre cohort study included 804 patients with small posterior UM (≤9 mm in largest basal diameter, ≤3 mm in thickness) from centres in the UK, Germany, and Sweden.

Nanobiotechnology‐Based Approaches for Uveal Melanoma Treatment
Emerging platforms for uveal melanoma combine precision drug delivery, ROS‐amplifying modalities, and nucleic acid transport to overcome ocular barriers and immunosuppressive niches. Targeted nanoparticles, virus‐like constructs, and injectable depots enable localized activation, controlled release, and gene‐level reprogramming.

Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography of Two Choroidal Nevi Variants
Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCT-A) is a recently established noninvasive technology for evaluation of the retinal and choroidal vasculature. The literature regarding the findings in choroidal nevi is scarce.
