Chiral Heptagon‐Embedded Double [6]Helicenes via Scholl Reaction
Angewandte Chemie, Volume 138, Issue 16, 13 April 2026.One bond makes the difference–two chiral and twisted polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) show different emission behavior. The more flexible one (top) shows a double emission with one having a large anti‐Stokes shift. The two peaks are assigned to different conformers of one and the same compound.
