Long‐Tea‐CLIP (Contrastive Language‐Image Pre‐training) presents a multimodal AI framework that integrates visual, metabolomic, and sensory knowledge to grade green tea across appearance, soup color, aroma, taste, and infused leaf. By combining expert‐guided modeling with CLIP‐supervised learning, the system delivers fine‐grained quality evaluation and

Correcting the Chromatic Aberration in Barrel Distortion of Endoscopic Images [PDF]
Modern endoscopes offer physicians a wide-angle field of view (FOV) for minimally invasive therapies. However, the high level of barrel distortion may prevent accurate perception of image.

Nanoscale Spatial Organization of ARC High‐ and Low‐Order Assemblies at Excitatory Synapses
ARC (Activity‐Regulated Cytoskeleton‐Associated protein) mediates synaptic plasticity by forming nanoscale assemblies in neurons. Using super‐resolution microscopy and time‐resolved anisotropy with targeted tagging, the study reveals low‐order ARC assemblies at synapses colocalizing with AMPARs, semi‐circular structures at endocytic zones, and 60–80 nm

Spectrally balanced chromatic landing approach lighting system [PDF]
Red warning lights delineate the runway approach with additional blue lights juxtaposed with the red lights such that the red lights are chromatically balanced. The red/blue point light sources result in the phenomenon that the red lights appear in front

Projecting chromatic aberrations
The chromatic aberration of lenses is a popular topic in introductory astronomy 1-4 and physics and is readily demonstrated on an optical bench to several students at a time. However, we are not aware of any published descriptions of demonstrations showing chromatic aberration that are useful for large lecture classes.

A large‐aperture, high focusing efficiency and polarization‐independent THz single‐layer achromatic metalens is reported via discrete multi‐wavelength achromatic design and global optimization algorithm. The fabricated metalens exhibits a largest diameter of 2.21 cm, excellent achromatic performance, extremely high average focusing efficiency (> 46 ...
