A physics‐based framework resolving graphite phase‐separation dynamics establishes a predictive, degradation‐aware fast‐charging methodology for commercial Li‐ion batteries. The resulting model‐informed protocol achieves 20%–80% state‐of‐charge in 14 min while matching the long‐term degradation of a commercial 25‐minute EV strategy.

Two spirobisanthracene‐tetraphenylethene (SBA‐TPE) hybrid compounds are synthesized and their photophysical properties in the solid state reported. Circularly polarized luminescence in aggregates, films and dispersions is evaluated. Circularly polarized luminescence imaging is evaluated over crystals revealing discrimination of different types of ...

Origami constraints on the initial-conditions arrangement of dark-matter caustics and streams
In a cold-dark-matter universe, cosmological structure formation proceeds in rough analogy to origami folding. Dark matter occupies a three-dimensional 'sheet' of free- fall observers, non-intersecting in six-dimensional velocity-position phase space. At

A compact eight‐channel electrically tunable varifocal metalens with three single‐layer polarization‐multiplexed bi‐focal metalens and three LC cells. The total thickness of the device is ∼6 mm, while the focal lengths can be switched among eight values (3.6, 4.2, 4.5, 4.9, 6.2, 6.9, 8.4, and 9.6 mm). ABSTRACT As an essential module of optical systems,

Distance-generalized Core Decomposition
The $k$-core of a graph is defined as the maximal subgraph in which every vertex is connected to at least $k$ other vertices within that subgraph. In this work we introduce a distance-based generalization of the notion of $k$-core, which we refer to as ...

A soft mechanoluminescent tactile sensor that converts force directly into light is presented, enabling imaging‐based, wiring‐free touch sensing. By integrating a flexible ML‐skin with CMOS readout, the system achieves high sensitivity, fast response, and high spatial resolution, while maintaining structural simplicity and energy efficiency, offering a

Research Progress and Applications of Non‐Carrier‐Injection Electroluminescence
Non‐carrier‐injection electroluminescence (NCI‐EL) uses AC fields and displacement currents to trigger light from internal charge reservoirs, enabling minimalist emitters with remotely coupled terminals. This review maps shared mechanisms across organics, GaN, quantum dots, and TMDCs, compares planar, interdigital, single‐terminal, and coaxial designs,

Sequential multicolor fluorescence imaging in dynamic microsystems is constrained by acquisition speed and excitation dose. This study introduces a real‐time framework to reconstruct spectrally separated channels from reduced cross‐channel acquisitions (frames containing mixed spectral contributions).

The chromatic and clique numbers of random scaled sector graphs
In the unit square, \(n\) random points are chosen that are independently and uniformly distributed. At each point a sector is drawn with radius depending on \(n\) and with a fixed angle different from 180 degrees. The directions of the sectors are given by independent uniformly distributed orientation angles.
