Functional Biomaterials Derived from Protein Liquid–Liquid Phase Separation and Liquid‐to‐Solid Transition

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Protein can undergo liquid–liquid phase separation and liquid‐to‐solid transition to form liquid condensates and solid aggregates. These phase transitions can be influenced by post‐translational modifications, mutations, and various environmental factors.

Progress and Application of Multifunctional Hydrogel in Radioactive Skin Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
This review examines healing challenges in radiation‐wound injuries, where ionizing radiation impairs immune and tissue repair processes. Hydrogels, with their biocompatibility, antimicrobial properties, and drug delivery capabilities, present a transformative solution. It compares hydrogel efficacy in radiation‐induced versus common wounds, highlights

Targeting Decidual CD16+ Immune Cells with Exosome‐Based Glucocorticoid Nanoparticles for Miscarriage

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Exosome‐based nanoparticles (GC‐Exo‐CD16Ab) are designed to deliver glucocorticoids (GC) specifically to decidual CD16+ NK cells and macrophages. This targeted delivery effectively suppresses the cytotoxicity of decidual NK cells, inhibits M1 macrophage polarization, and modulates the decidual microenvironment.

Chromatin Organization Governs Transcriptional Response and Plasticity of Cancer Stem Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Through a combination of transcriptomic and histone mapping studies integrated with chromatin imaging, we define how chromatin organization in nanoscale packing domains fine tunes the plasticity of cancer stem cells (CSCs) driving evasion from and survival after chemotherapy.

Dataset of target mass spectromic proteome profiling for human chromosome 18

open access: yesData in Brief, 2016
Proteome profiling is a type of quantitative analysis that reveals level of protein expression in the sample. Proteome profiling by using selected reaction monitoring is an approach for the Chromosome-centric Human Proteome Project (C-HPP).

Organization and Dynamics of Chromosomes [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
How long threadlike eukaryotic chromosomes fit tidily in the small volume of the nucleus without significant entanglement is just beginning to be understood, thanks to major advances in experimental techniques. Several polymer models, which reproduce contact maps that measure the probabilities that two loci are in spatial contact, have predicted the ...
