Peptide Coacervates with Metal–Phenolic Membranes Modulate Glucose Metabolism and Enhance Cancer Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Peptide coacervates encapsulated with interferon‐α and membranized with metal–phenolic networks (PC‐IFNα@MPNs) are designed to reprogram glucose competition between tumor and cytotoxic T cells. This metabolic modulation enhances immunotherapy by suppressing tumor glycolysis and boosting T cell effector function.

Development of a Sensitive Electrochemical Aptasensor for Non‐Small Cell Lung Cancer Extracellular Vesicle Detection

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
A novel electrochemical aptasensor enables the selective detection of lung cancer‐derived EVs by targeting the CD44 surface marker. The sensor uses a self‐assembled monolayer (SAM) for aptamer immobilization and achieves label‐free EV detection through electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.

Assay System Based on Metabolic Glycoengineering‐Enabled Click Chemistry for the Efficient Evaluation of Complement‐Regulatory Peptide Coatings on Endothelial Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Metabolic glycoengineering combined with click chemistry efficiently immobilizes clickable factor H (FH)‐binding peptides onto endothelial cell surfaces, creating stable, uniform coatings that recruit FH and enhance resistance to complement‐mediated inflammation.
