Process Framework for Subscriber Management and Retention in Nigerian Telecommunication Industry [PDF]
in the global telecommunication industry. Hence, a dominant approach for subscriber management and retention is churn control, since it is cheaper to retain an existing subscriber than acquiring a new one.

Functional and Structural Evidence of Neurofluid Circuit Aberrations in Huntington Disease
ABSTRACT Objective Disrupted neurofluid regulation may contribute to neurodegeneration in Huntington disease (HD). Because neurofluid pathways influence waste clearance, inflammation, and the distribution of central nervous system (CNS)–delivered therapeutics, understanding their dysfunction is increasingly important as targeted treatments emerge.

Land use in rural New Zealand: spatial land use, land-use change, and model validation [PDF]
Land is an important social and economic resource. Knowing the spatial distribution of land use and the expected location of future land-use change is important to inform decision makers.

Thermoelectric temperature sensors are developed that directly measure heat changes during optical‐based neural stimulation with millisecond precision. The sensors reveal the temperature windows for safe reversible neural modulation: 1.4–4.5 °C enables reversible neural inhibition, while temperatures above 6.1 °C cause permanent thermal damage.

Influence of lubricant temperature, lubricant level and rotational speed on the churning power loss in an industrial planetary speed reducer: computational and experimental study [PDF]
Planetary speed reducers are applied in a wide range of applications. Their main advantages are the compact design and high power density. For this reason, the demand for high effi ciency gearboxes is continuously increasing and this is also why models to predict the additional churning loss, characteristic of this kind of gearing, are required.

A minimally invasive, transepithelial corneal cross‐linking (TE‐CXL) approach is presented using upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs)‐loaded contact lenses (UCLs), after topical delivery of hyaluronate–riboflavin conjugates. The NIR‐to‐UV/blue light conversion by UCNPs in a UCL can activate riboflavin for TE‐CXL, resulting in the biomechanical strength ...
