On the inhibition of chymotrypsin by ovomucoid

Abstract A study has been made of the inhibition of chymotrypsin by ovomucoid. Marked inhibition is obtained only at high ovomucoid to chymotrypsin ratios. Electrophoretic and ultracentrifugal experiments show that this inhibition is accompanied by complex formation between the two proteins.
