Systematic Entomology, Volume 50, Issue 3, Page 495-518, July 2025.Using genomic data from 285 species across 19 planthopper families, we conducted the first phylogenomic study targeting global planthoppers and inferred their phylogeny with the highest resolution so far. We proposed taxonomic changes including the establishment of a new family Borysthenidae stat. rev. and a new superfamily Meenoploidea superfam.

ZooKeys, 2012 A new species of cicada, Cicadatra ziaratica sp. n., is described from Pakistan. Male genitalia, timbal and opercula are described and illustrated as important diagnostic characters. Biological notes are also provided.

Insect Conservation and Diversity, Volume 18, Issue 2, Page 177-190, March 2025.Our study revealed a lower cicada sound activity in active agriculture compared to undisturbed old‐growth forest which increased along the forest recovery gradient. Diurnal patterns of cicada singing activity changed from simple in active agriculture to more complex and highly synchronized along the recovery gradient towards old‐growth forests.
