The investigation revealed that the PD1 GG genotype exhibited a significant protective effect, substantially reducing the likelihood of breast cancer development. The genotype, CG of the MTNR1B gene, was connected with a lessened likelihood of breast cancer development, whereas the GG genotype showed no statistically significant correlation.

Saliva as a TDM matrix and its application in the model‐informed precision dosing
Abstract This study reviews the main points of saliva as a therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) matrix, its advantages and limitations, the methods of saliva sample collection and testing, the types of drugs in saliva TDM, and the methods of establishing saliva population pharmacokinetic (Pop PK) models, as well as summarizes the experiences and ...

This study found that genetic factors largely influence crying duration and settle ability in infancy, while shared environmental factors primarily affect the number of night wakeups. Etiological influences tended to change from 2 to 5 months, reflecting a highly plastic period in infant brain development and in child‐environment interactions. Abstract

In this study, Medical Imaging Technologists perceived roster patterns with more consecutive night shifts, and more rostered days off following night shifts, to be less fatiguing and more sustainable. Being awake at night and longer shift lengths were perceived as significantly more fatiguing during the first 3 days of night shifts.

On‐Demand Schedules, Worker Absenteeism and Patient Dissatisfaction in Home Care Services
ABSTRACT Service companies often adopt on‐demand scheduling to balance labor costs and fluctuating market demand. However, research shows that such practices can reduce worker productivity and retention. In this study, we examine how on‐demand scheduling affects two critical outcomes: worker absenteeism and patient dissatisfaction.
