Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of watermelon (Citrullus lanatus)

Transformation of watermelon (Citrullus lanatus cv. Zaojia) using Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain EHA105 containing the plasmid pRD400 carrying Pti4 gene was studied in this work.
