Arbuscular mycorrhizal inoculation in Citrus volkameriana Tan & Pasq

Agro Productividad, 2020
Objective. We evaluated the effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal inoculation in Citrusvolkameriana Tan & Pasq plants with the application of Glomus spp Zac- 19 (G.claroides, G. diaphanum and G. albidum) to assess growth under greenhouseconditions without fertilizer application.Methodology. The evaluated treatments were inoculation with 2,4,6,8, and

Mn-induced changes in leaf structure and chloroplast ultrastructure of Citrus volkameriana (L.) plants

Journal of Plant Physiology, 2007
Seedlings of Citrus volkameriana (L.) were grown hydroponically for 43 days in order to study the effect of Mn concentration (0, 2, 14, 98 and 686 microM) in the nutrient solution on leaf anatomy and mesophyll chloroplast ultrastructure. Increasing Mn concentration stimulated leaf lamina thickness.

Limonene concentration in lemon (Citrus volkameriana) peel oil as a function of ripeness

Journal of High Resolution Chromatography, 1994
AbstractThe dependence of the limonene content of lemon (Citrus volkameriana) peel oil on the degree of ripeness of the fruit has been studied by using steam distillation and cold pressing to extract the oils from lemon fruit peel at different stages of maturation (green, greenish‐yellow, and yellow‐orange peel coloration).
