Gd-EOB-DTPA增强MRI预测肝细胞癌CK19表达 [PDF]

open access: yesZhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 2019

Immunohistochemical presentation of ductular reaction by immunohistochemical staining CK19.

open access: yes, 2022
Expression of CK19 in the livers of DKO mice at the age of 6 weeks with (+) UDCA and 20 weeks with (+) or without (-) UDCA treatment. Red arrows indicate ductular reaction by immunohistochemical staining CK19. Scale bars, 100 μm. (TIF)

Quantitative CK19 biomarker detection in breast cancer cell lines

open access: yesJournal of Medicine and Life, 2022
Cytokeratin19 (CK19) was detected as the most related marker for circulating tumor cells, which was assessed in specific cell lines. MCF7, SKBR3, T47D, and MDA-MB-231, and HeLa cell line as negative control were used. CK19 expression was confirmed by using mouse monoclonal anti-human CK19 antibody. CK19 detection in MDA-MB-231 was not observed.

Cytokeratin19 positive hepatocellular carcinoma is associated with increased peritumoral ductular reaction

open access: yesAnnals of Hepatology, 2016
Background and aims. Cytokeratin19 positive (CK19+) hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is thought to derive from liver progenitor cells (LPC). However, whether peritumoralductular reaction (DR) differs between CK19+ and CK19 negative (CK19−) HCC patients ...

Cytokeratin19-2g2, a novel fragment of cytokeratin19 in serum, indicating a more invasive behavior and worse prognosis in breast cancer patients. [PDF]

open access: yesPLoS ONE, 2013
BACKGROUND: Various studies have been searching for new tumor biomarkers for breast cancer for years. However, so far, few markers have been proved clinically useful except CA153.

Fluorescent metal nanoshell and CK19 detection on single cell image [PDF]

open access: yesBiochemical and Biophysical Research Communications, 2011
In this article, we report the synthesis strategy and optical properties of a novel type of fluorescence metal nanoshell when it was used as imaging agent for fluorescence cell imaging. The metal nanoshells were made with 40 nm silica cores and 10nm silver shells. Unlike typical fluorescence metal nanoshells which contain the organic dyes in the cores,

CD34, PCNA and CK19 expressions in AFP- hepatocellular carcinoma.

open access: yesEuropean review for medical and pharmacological sciences, 2018
Primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most important malignant liver cancers in clinic. Serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) positive expression is an important examination index. However, there are some hepatocellular carcinoma patients show negative AFP expressions.

HBME1 and CK19 expression in non-invasive follicular thyroid neoplasm with papillary-like nuclear features (NIFTP) vs other follicular patterned thyroid lesions

open access: yesWorld Journal of Surgical Oncology, 2021
Background Thyroid neoplasms with follicular architecture can have overlapping morphologic features and pose diagnostic confusion among pathologists. Various immunohistochemical stains have been investigated as potential diagnostic markers for PTC, among

Nuclear CK19-immunopositive pseudoinclusions as a new additional objective diagnostic feature of papillary thyroid carcinoma

open access: yesPolish Journal of Pathology, 2020
One of the key parameters in the diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) are true nuclear pseudoinclusions (NPs), which constitute invaginations of the cytoplasm into the nucleus.
