A wideband 0.9–2.4 GHz 25 W high‐efficiency Gallium Nitride radio frequency power amplifier
In this work, a 0.9–2.4 GHz, 25 W output power, radio frequency (RF) power amplifier based on Class‐E switchmode topology has been analyzed. A load‐pull simulation method is used to optimize the power performance in the operating band.

Effect of losses in an active device and harmonic network on the efficiency of Class F and inverse Class F power amplifiers [PDF]
High frequency class F and inverse class F power amplifiers obtain high efficiency of dc to ac power conversion, by reducing the overlap of voltage and current waveforms at the output of the active device, to ensure that the power dissipated in the ...

Organoids in pediatric cancer research
Organoid technology has revolutionized cancer research, yet its application in pediatric oncology remains limited. Recent advances have enabled the development of pediatric tumor organoids, offering new insights into disease biology, treatment response, and interactions with the tumor microenvironment.

Optimization of class E power amplifier design above theoretical maximum frequency [PDF]
In this contribution, the analysis on high frequency Class E design approach is presented. Starting from the classical theory, a numerical analysis is performed to extend class E feasibility at higher frequencies.

The Ile181Asn variant of human UDP‐xylose synthase (hUXS1), associated with a short‐stature genetic syndrome, has previously been reported as inactive. Our findings demonstrate that Ile181Asn‐hUXS1 retains catalytic activity similar to the wild‐type but exhibits reduced stability, a looser oligomeric state, and an increased tendency to precipitate ...

Inverse Class E amplifier and oscillator phase noise characteristics [PDF]
This paper gives the first experimental characterisation of the phase noise response of the recently introduced Inverse Class E topology when operated as an amplifier and then as an oscillator.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.
