A 2.4 GHz Differential Class-E power Amplifier with on-chip Transformers for Bluetooth systems [PDF]
This work presents the design and simulation of a differential class-E Power Amplifier (PA) for class-1 Bluetooth systems in 0.13 μm RF CMOS technology. The proposed PA can deliver 21.57 dBm output power to a 50 Ω load at 2.4 GHz with 65.59 % Power-Added-

Design of a differential power oscillator for 433 MHz WPT using e-GaN HEMTs
This paper presents a new differential power oscillator design based on a differential class-E power amplifier. The designs use high power enhancement-GaN HEMT (e-GaN) for its fast switching time, low ON resistance and wide energy band gap properties ...

A package-integrated 50W high-efficiency RF CMOS-GaN class-E power amplifier [PDF]
3 S.A 50 W CMOS-GaN class-E power amplifier in a package is presented. The class-E operated GaN HEMT power bar switches are driven by a high speed, high voltage CMOS power bar driver chip, implemented in a standard 65 nm process technology.

This study reveals that the small GTPase Rab14 is necessary for human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and plays an essential role in the transport of virions to the trans‐Golgi network (TGN). HPV in the early endosome (EE), which harbors GTP‐bound Rab14, is transported to the TGN through the switch of Rab14 from its GTP‐bound to GDP‐bound form.

Modeling and Optimization of Class-E Amplifier at Subnominal Condition in a Wireless Power Transfer System for Biomedical Implants [PDF]
For the class-E amplifier in a wireless power transfer (WPT) system, the design parameters are always determined by the nominal model. However, this model neglects the conduction loss and voltage stress of MOSFET and cannot guarantee the highest ...

An unexpected alternative interaction site for ethyl viologen was identified in formate dehydrogenase 1 from Methylorubrum extorquens. Combined mutagenesis, kinetic analysis, and docking revealed that aromatic residues near an iron–sulfur cluster enable flavin mononucleotide‐independent electron transfer, offering a framework for engineering improved ...
