COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Mirroring in lattice equations and a related functional equation
We use a functional form of the mirroring technique to fully characterize equivalence classes of unbounded stationary solutions of lattice reaction-diffusion equations with eventually negative and decreasing nonlinearities.

On a Class of Functional Equations in Distribution
The most general solutions of the functional equations arising in connection with the characterization of sum form information measures, \[ f(xy)+ f(x(1-y))+ f(y(1-x))+ f((1-x)(1-y))= f(x)+ f(1-x)+ f(y)+ f(1-y), \] and \[ f(xy)+ f((1-x)(1-y))= f(x(1-y))+ f(y(1-x)), \] are obtained in the domain of distributions.

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Continuity Equation of Transverse Kähler Metrics on Sasakian Manifolds
We introduce the continuity equation of transverse Kähler metrics on Sasakian manifolds and establish its interval of maximal existence. When the first basic Chern class is null (resp. negative), we prove that the solution of the (resp.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Hyers-Ulam Stability of Iterative Equation in the Class of Lipschitz Functions
Hyers-Ulam stability is a basic sense of stability for functional equations. In the present paper we discuss the Hyers-Ulam stability of a kind of iterative equations in the class of Lipschitz functions.

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

ON A CLASS OF SINGULAR INTEGRAL EQUATIONS
The properties and applications of an operator \(C\) in \(L^{p,\alpha,\beta} (\mathbb{R}_+)\) (a weighted Lebesgue space of functions \(p\)-summable on \(\mathbb{R}_+)\) to be determined by the integral equations of a certain class are discussed.
