Sub‐Unit‐Cell Logic Governs Transport in TPMS Architectures

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Next‐generation energy, thermal, and chemical systems require architectures capable of highly efficient transport across multiple length scales. Triply periodic minimal surfaces (TPMS), first conceptualized in 1865, offer inherently scalable geometries with exceptional transport potential, yet mechanistic links between topology and performance

Kryteria „logiczności” logiki w ujęciu Susan Haack

open access: yesZagadnienia Filozoficzne w Nauce, 2012
In the philosophy of logic the following questions are discussed: What is logic? Which formal systems are systems of logic? What does make them systems of logic? The paper presents and analyses the answers to these questions given by Susan Haack.

Magneto‐X Effects in Magnetic Soft Materials and Their Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This review systematically explores magnetic soft materials (MSMs), a novel class of composites that transform under magnetic fields. It catalogs fundamental “Magneto‐X” effects, classifies materials by their matrix and magnetic fillers, and highlights transformative applications in soft robotics, biomedical devices, flexible electronics, etc. Finally,

Tuning Li+ and Na+ Functionality in Renewable Carbon Electroactive Material Through Site‐Specific Nanostructural Disorder

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents a selective thermal transformation of polycarbonate into hybrid carbon materials. The structured carbon enhances electrochemical performance, particularly in lithium‐ion systems. Investigations reveal improved bimetallic ion diffusivity through the hybrid microstructure, contributing to excellent charge kinetics.

Classical vs non-classical logics: the universality of classical logic

open access: yes, 1993
This report investigates the question of the universality of classical logic. The approach is to show that an almost arbitrary logical system can be translated reasonably intuitively and almost automatically into classical logic. The path leading to this result goes through the analysis of what is a reasonable logic, how to find semantics for it, how ...

Intrinsic Negative Magnetoresistance and Broadband Photoresponse in Magnetic van der Waals Crystal TaFeTe2

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
2D van der Waals (vdW) materials MM′Te2 with broken symmetry attract great interest for unique magnetic structures and optical‐phonon‐induced phase transitions. We report mechanically exfoliable TaFeTe2 single crystals, exhibiting spin‐glass behavior, intrinsic unsaturated negative magnetoresistance up to 9 T, self‐powered internal photocurrent, and ...

On Combining Intuitionistic and S4 Modal Logic

open access: yesBulletin of the Section of Logic
We address the problem of combining intuitionistic and S4 modal logic in a non-collapsing way inspired by the recent works in combining intuitionistic and classical logic.

Bioinspired Engineering of Streamlined Skeletal Interoception: Neural Bioprinted Piezoelectric Scaffolds for Neuro‐Vascularized Bone Regeneration

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study develops neural bioprinted piezoelectric scaffolds which construct local “sensor‐effector” circuit, inspired by the skeletal interoception system. Upon US stimulation sensing and mechanoelectrical coupling by PLLA nanofibers, the incorporated DRG neurons effect through Ca2+ influx‐induced enhanced secretion and expression of CGRP.
